FlickrBooth 1.1
I released a point update to FlickrBooth today. Minor changes mostly (few bug fixes) but the big ones people will appreciate are:
- I now use a tokenfield for the tag input fields
- The name of the selected photo booth effect can be automatically added as a tag
The “add current effect” tag is my favorite, because now you can search by flickrbooth + effectname to find all flickrbooth photos with say, the glow effect.

flickrbooth looks hot! Is there any way I can get it working with the photo sharing service 23? 23 supports the flickr api so it’s a simple matter of changing the api endpoint. I don’t mind doing the extra work to get it working, but I have no idea on where to begin - I’m no programmer.
You can read about adding 23 support to flickr apps at http://www.23hq.com/doc/api/switch (it’s short, I think that’s a good thing in this case).

Hey there, I don’t have an intention of releasing it for other networks right now mostly because of flickr’s massive adoption rate and my limited time

I’m sorry to hear that… If there a chance you’d be willing to share the source code? I’m confident it’s a matter of doing a search and replace to switch http://www.flickr.com with http://www.23hq.com. I was able to get it half working by editing my hosts file (which of course is not a real solution since I wouldn’t be able to access flickr.com in my browser).

I might eventually. I won’t for sure though until I hold a piece of paper that says I own the legal rights to all the code and Yahoo! won’t claim it (I work for Yahoo!, and since we own Flickr I’m just playing it safe).
